Shipping Instructions

Shipping Checklist:

  1. Include all of the accessories
  2. Include all of the accessories
  3. Don’t forget to include the packing slip
  4. Attach the shipping label firmly and bring the parcel to DHL


1. Wrap unit in original box (if possible)

  • Package the device in the original box, or newspaper if the original packing is unavailable.
  • Please do not use packing tape on to the original box (wrap it around with e.g. newspaper).

2. Package With Care

  • Tips for packaging:
    • - For example: Shoeboxes, old appliance packaging. Robust, if possible
    • - Bubble packing with cardboard reinforcement
    • - Foam panels, newspaper, or Styrofoam packing material
    • - Tape the box carefully with packaging tape on all sides


3. Deliver Package to the Deutsche Post

  • Deliver Package to the Deutsche Post
